FIBA U16 Asian Championship 2022 Live Updates, Standings, Schedule and Live Stream. Gilas Pilipinas Youth U16 will once again represent the Philippines in the 2022 FIBA U16 Asian Championship on June 12-19 at the Al Gharafa Sports Club Multi-Purpose Hall in Doha, Qatar.
The four teams that advance to the semifinals of the U16 Asian Championship will qualify for the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2022 which will be played from July 2-10 in Malaga, Spain.
As per SBP, the Josh Reyes-mentored Gilas Youth 12-man roster consists of Jared Bahay, Lebron Nieto, Renzo Competente, Jacob Bayla, Caelum Harris, Zain Mahmood, Alex Konov, Andrei Gemao, Santi Romero, Jayden Jones, Basti Reyes and Kristian Porter.
