Alas Pilipinas is gearing up to carry the flag in the 2025 SEA Games indoor volleyball competition, set for December 10–15 for the women and December 13–19 for the men at the Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand.
UPDATE: Alas Women fell to Thailand in straight sets but bounced back with a straight-sets victory over Singapore. They later lost to Vietnam in the semifinals and suffered a tough four-set defeat to Indonesia in the bronze medal match.
Meanwhile, in the men’s indoor volleyball event, the Alas Men competed in Group B, opened with a straight-sets win over Myanmar, and lost to Indonesia in their second match but still finished second in the group to set up a semifinal clash against host Thailand.
