The Asian Games, officially known as the XIX Asian Games, mark the 19th edition of this event, slated to take place in Hangzhou, China, from September 23 to October 8, 2023, with the participation of 45 nations. A total of 481 events will be contested across 61 disciplines in 40 sports. Originally scheduled for September 2022, the Games were postponed to 2023 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
