San Miguel Beermen (3-1) defeated the winless Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (0-5), 115-110 to secure their third win in the 2023-24 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Wednesday, November 29, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Ivan Aska led the Beermen in scoring with a double-double of 28 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 blocks. Marcio Lassiter delivered a vintage performance, scoring 23 points (8/13FG, 2/4 2pts, 6/9 3pts, 1/2 ft), to go with 2 rebounds, 3 assists and a steal while CJ Perez and June Mar Fajardo added 17 points and 16 points, respectively.
