Five TPE-B players scored in double-digits led by Adam Tsang Hinton with 17 points (3/7 3pts, 6/6ft), to go with 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and a block. Ting-Jhao Jian had a solid game of 15 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist while Chien Hao Ma and Sin Kuan Lin added 13 points apiece.
Rain or Shine ended the game with a 24-14 fourth-quarter run, but it still wasn't enough. Naturalized Filipino Ange Kouame paced the Epainters in the losing effort with near double-double of 15 points, 9 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocks in 23 minutes of play. Gian Mamuyac finished with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists while import Nick Evans added 11 points (5/8 2pts, 0/3 3pts, 1/1ft), 6 rebounds, 1 assist and a steal.
