Andrew Nicholson-less Bay Area Dragons uses strong second half to beat the crowd favorite Barangay Ginebra, 94-86 and to tie the series at 2-2 in Game 4 of their best-of-7 finals series in the 2022-23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Friday, January 6 in front of 17,236 crowd at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Kobey Lam led the Dragons with game-high 30 points including 8-of-14 shooting from behind the arc along with 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and a block in 37 minutes. Glen Yang with another solid game of 18 points (6/12fg, 2/5 3pts, 4/5ft), to go with 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals while Songwei Zhu with near double-double of 18 points (6/18fg, 2/8 3pts, 4/6ft), 9 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal.

Bay Area coach Brian Goorjian said import Andrew Nicholson out indefinitely with ankle injury while Myles Powell is still not fully recovered. "Our situation is day-by-day with Andrew. He rolled it and it's pretty swollen. I'm just listening to the doctors. Myles is a done deal, it's not happening."
