Barangay Ginebra (3-1) eliminates Magnolia Timplados Hotshots (1-3), 99-84 in 'Manila Clasico' Game 4 of their best-of-5 semifinal series in the 2022-23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Wednesday, December 21 at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Justin Brownlee led the Gin Kings in scoring with a double-double of 24 points, 14 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 5 blocks. Japeth Aguilar with a solid game of 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting along with 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals while LA Tenorio with 18 points (4/8 3pts), 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. Scottie Thompson and Jamie Malonzo added 14 points and 10 points, respectively.
Ginebra will face Bay Area Dragons in the Best-of-7 finals. Game 1 is on Christmas Day, December 25 at the Mall of Asia Arena at 5:00pm. [PBA Game Tickets]
