The Chot Reyes-mentored Gilas Pilipinas Men defeated Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 84-46 in the second game of the fourth window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers on Monday, August 29 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Filipino-American NBA star Jordan Clarkson led the Philippines with game-high 23 points on 8-of-14 shooting including five 3-pointers (3/6 2pts, 5/8 3pts, 2/3 ft) along with 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 turnovers in 28 minutes of play.
The Philippines will be back in action in the fifth window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers on November 10 against Jordan and will face Saudi Arabia on November 13 at the KSA.
