Barangay Ginebra (5-2) defeated Meralco Bolts (5-4), 112-107 to grab their fifth win in the 2023 PBA Governors' Cup on Wednesday, March 1 at the SMART Araneta Coliseum.
Christian Standhardinger led the GinKings with a near triple-double of 31 points (13/18fg, 5/10ft) along with ten rebounds and seven assists in 40 minutes of play. Justin Brownlee had a solid game of 29 points on 10-of-17 shooting including 5-of-9 from beyond the arc and perfect 4-of-4 from the line to go with seven rebounds, six assists and a block.
