Terrafirma Dyip (2-2) defeated Blackwater Bossing (1-4), 119-106 to grab their second win in the 2023 PBA Governors' Cup on Thursday, February 9 at the SMART Araneta Coliseum.
Jordan Williams led the Dyip with a huge double-double performance of 57 points on 18-of-34 shooting from the field including 5-of-14 from beyond the arc and 16-of-19 from the line along with 11 rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks in 41 minutes of play. JuamiTiongson with another all-around game of 27 points (9/18fg, 3/7 3pts, 6/6ft) to go with seven rebounds, five assists and one steal while Eric Camson had a solid game of 17 points (7/10fg), nine rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.
Blackwater new import Troy Williams paced the Bossing in the losing effort with a double-double of his own with 55 points (15/33fg, 4/13 3pts, 21/32ft), 14 rebounds, five assists and one block.
