NorthPort Batang Pier (2-6) defeated Blackwater Bossing (1-9), 110-104 to grab their second straight win in the 2023 PBA Governors' Cup on Saturday, February 25 at the SMART Araneta Coliseum .
Kevin Murphy top scored for the Batang Pier with a double-double performance of 47 points on 15-of-29 shooting from the field including 5-of-10 from beyond the arc and perfect 12-of-12 from the line to go with game-high sixteen rebounds, three assists and four steals. Robert Bolick had a solid game of 24 points (9/15fg, 3/7 3pts, 4/6ft) along with seven rebounds and six assists.
