Converge FiberXers (3-2) escapes past the June Mar Fajardo-less San Miguel Beermen (1-3), 106-102 to grab their third win in the 2022-23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Friday, October 21 at the PhilSports Arena.

Quincy Miller was one block shy of a triple double of 24 points (10/25 fg, 2/13 3pts, 2/4ft), 16 rebounds, 9 blocks, 3 assists, 3 steals in 45 minutes of play. Aljun Melecio with a soldi game of 18 points on 7-of-11 shooting including three 3-pointers with 7 assists while Jeron Teng added 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 2 assists.

CJ Perez paced the Beermen with 29 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals, bigman Moala Tautuaa finished with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists while SMB's new import Devon Scott had 16 points (7/18fg, 0/1 3pts, 2/6ft), 15 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 blocks and 3 turnovers in 43 minutes.
