Meralco Bolts defeated Magnolia Pambansang Manok Hotshots, 81-75 in game 2 to tie the series 1-1 in the 2021-2022 PBA Governors' Cup Semifinals on Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Tony Bishop led the Bolts in scoring with 22 points (6/18 FG, 9/12 FT, 1/6 3PT) along with 14 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal. Chris Newsome with a solid game of 18 points on 6-of-13 shooting, four rebounds, three assists and 3 steals in 36 minutes of play. Aaron Black finished with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists while Chris Banchero and Allein Maliksi added 10 points and 6 points, respectively.
