Meralco Bolts defeated Magnolia Pambansang Manok Hotshots, 101-95 in game 3 to take a commanding 2-1 series lead in the 2021-2022 PBA Governors' Cup Semifinals on Sunday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Tony Bishop led the Bolts in scoring with game-high 27 points on 7-of-17 shooting including two 3-pointers and perfect 11-of-11 from the free throw line along with 10 rebounds, 4 steals, and 2 assists. Chris Banchero with a solid game of 23 points (8/17 FG, 3/8 3PT, 4/4 FT), 5 assists and 4 rebounds in 33 minutes of play. Chris Newsome had 16 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and a steal while Allein Maliksi and Bong Quinto added 10 points each.
