Barangay Ginebra defeated NLEX Road Warriors, 104-94 to take a commanding 2-0 series lead in the 2021-2022 PBA Governors' Cup Semifinals on Friday at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Justin Brownlee led the Gin Kings in scoring with game-high 32 points on 14-of-24 shooting including four 3-pointers along with 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks in 43 minutes of play. Scottie Thompson with another huge game of 17 points (7/11 FG, 2/4 3PT), game-high 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal and a block while Christian Standhardinger finished with a double-double of 17 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists. LA Tenorio added 15 points, 7 assists and 1 rebound.

Game 3 is on Sunday, March 27 at 6:30pm.
