TNT Tropang GIGA defeated Magnolia Hotshots, 94-79 in Game 5 of the 2021 PBA Philippine Cup Finals to win the series 4–1 and end the team's 6-year title drought on Friday at the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) Gym in Bacolor, Pampanga.

PBA Finals MVP Mikey Williams led TNT with 24 points on 8-of-20 shooting including 4 three-pointers along with 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal in 39 minutes of play. RR Pogoy finished with 19 points (7/15 FG, 5/6 FT), 3 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 assists while Jayson Castro added 10 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 steals and a block.
