Meralco Bolts (7-2) defeated Blackwater Bossing (0-11), 104-97 to claim their seventh win in the 2021 PBA Philippine Cup on Saturday at the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) Gym in Bacolor, Pampanga.

Allein Maliksi led the Bolts with a double-double performance of game-high 21 points (5/8 FG, 3/4 3PT), 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block. Raymond Almazan had his own double-double of 15 points (5/10 FG, 5/7 FT), 17 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 blocks in 30 minutes of play. Reynel Hugnatan and Trevis Jackson finished with 14 points each.

The Blackwater Bossing now owns the longest losing streak in PBA history with 19 straight loss (0-19 dating back to the 2020 Philippine Cup bubble) and breaks the previous record of 18 set by Great Taste/Presto in the 1980 season.
