Wen-Yu Lin led Taipei with 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting including 5 three-pointers, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 assist in 19 minutes of play while I-Hsiu Cheng added 14 points (6/8 FG), 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal.
Afril Bernardino paced Gilas Pilipinas Women with a huge double-double of 24 points (8/12 FG, 8/11 FT), 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 1 block in 34 minutes minutes of play while center Clare Castro added 14 points (6/11 FG, 2/2 FT), 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 block.
