Alaska Aces (3-4) uses strong first quarter to beat Barangay Ginebra (4-6), 89-75 to claim their third win in the 2021 PBA Philippine Cup on Friday at the Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) Gym in Bacolor, Pampanga.

Abu Tratter led the Aces in scoring with 11 points (5/11 FG), 4 rebounds and 1 steal in 32 minutes of play. Michael DiGregorio with a solid game of 11 points on 4-of-7 shooting including 3 three-pointers, 2 assists and 1 rebound. Maverick Ahanmisi, Jeron Teng and Robert Herndon with 10 points each.

The Aces spoiled Stanley Pingle's game-high 20 points (8/21 FG, 3/8 3PT), 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals while Scottie Thompson with a double-double performance of 17 points (6/14 FG), 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal.
