World #21 Canada (1-0) defeated world #6 Greece (0-1), 97-91 in the opening game of the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament (OQT Canada) on Tuesday (early Wednesday, PHL time) at Victoria Memorial Arena in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
