Team Philippines Official Roster for 2020 FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament

Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) revealed its final roster for the Philippines men's 3x3 national basketball team for the 2020 FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament in March.

The 2020 FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be held from March 18 to 22 in Bengaluru, India.

The country’s top-ranked 3x3 player Joshua Munzon (105th in the world), Philippines' No. 2-ranked 3x3 player Alvin Pasaol (144th in the world), SEA Games 3x3 basketball gold medalists CJ Perez and Mo Tautuaa will represent the Philippines and is bracketed in Group C with Slovenia, France, Qatar and Dominican Republic.

As per ABS-CBN Sports, Serbian coach Stefan Stojajic and conditioning coach Darko Krsman are overseeing the day-to-day training program of the team. There are 20 confirmed participating teams, divided into four pools of five squads each. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the playoffs, and the top three teams will qualify to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Team Philippines Men's 3x3 for the 2020 FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament:

  1. Joshua Munzon (PHL's No. 1-ranked 3x3 Player)
  2. Alvin Pasaol (MPBL / Zamboanga)
  3. CJ Perez (PBA / Columbian)
  4. Mo Tautuaa (PBA / San Miguel)
  5. Reserve: Leonard Santillan and Karl Dehesa
